As if the latter on the brink of seducing him that left bad taste to the viewers, especially the moralists. While in Walang Hanggan, the roles of Julia Montes and Paulo Avelino are happily married couple. But still capitalizes on Julia falling once more to ex-lover, delineated by Coco Martin. In capsule, those characters are objectionable, so the priest remarked.
Heard the retaliation from the teleseryes’s camps.”Everywhere in the world, news crop out about the immoralities of some clergymen, from sexual harassments to siring kids. And let’s face it, even in the best of families marital infidelities exist. This means, the writers just showcase realism, honesty in the plots of the mentioned series.” So there…
Come to think of it, Most likely Piolo finds it tedious to enact a Catholic priest. Off-screen, he’s religious yet he belongs to another sect.
Sharon, KC’s Shows to Clash?
Those in the know have opined there’s probability that Sharon Cuneta’s other talent program at TV5 might be pitted against the show of her daughter KC Concepcion under Ch. 2. Albeit KC doesn’t concur with that possible scenario, she rationalized.
“Pinoys are really good singers and many remain not discovered yet. At least, kami ng mommy ko will exploit their talents. That would be the positive effect for both banks on that compendious aspect.”Says KC.
With askance, a befuddled Sharon expressed her sentiment about it. “ Kung totoo man yun ay ayokong mangyari. Parang feeling ko pambabastos sa amin ng anak ko. Hope such incident won’t occur.”

TV, Movie Offers For Pinay Ms. Teen Universe First Runner Up
Once again, a Pinay beauty queen shone abroad. In the initial presentation of the Miss Teen Universe held in Nicaragua, Clarisse Marie Obia nearly won the title, emerging first runner up. Miss Panama beat her. The lovely, morena charmer dedicated her triumph to her family and compatriots.
Hardly had Clarisse arrived in the Philippines, news broke out that a top TV bigwig and a movie producer airs their interest to get her. Looks like she’s bent to finish her tourism course at the Lyceum University before she plunges into showbiz.
Kathryn, Julia: Next Rivals for Showbiz Queen
Since the ‘50s to early 2000s, two top actresses, one the sweet and the other controversial, fought for showbiz Queen. In passing, they were Gloria Romero-Nida Blanca, Susan Roces-Amalia Fuentes, VilmaSantos-Nora Aunor, Sharon Cuneta-Maricel Soriano and Judy Ann Santos-Claudine Barretto. Now, many concur it’s the time of Kathryn Bernardo and Julia Montes. Kathryn epitomizes the sweet, devoid of innuendoes. While Julia has all the makings of a controversial figure who would accept offbeat roles.
With their teleseryes The Princess and I and Walang Hanggan wowing huge TV viewership, expect a Kathryn and Julia’s solo starrers in films to turn blockbusters too. Like the past arch rivals, the deep friendship of Kathryn and Julia won’t be shattered by their rivalry,, so they predict.
John Lloyd-Shaina, Derek-Angelica on Splitsville
Words run wild that almost at the same time, lovebirds John Lloyd Cruz-Shaina Magdayao and Derek Ramsay-Angelica Panganiban broke off. However, the aspersion that Angelica causes it all truly hurts Angelica. Allegedly, she’s the third party involved why Shaina called it quits with John Lloyd. And made Derek jealous also.
Shaina confirmed the break but didn’t elaborate about it. While Derek uttered he still threshes out his problem with Angelica. No formal split, so to say.
Meanwhile, a bitchy scribe butted in, “ naku ha, baka pakulo lang yan dahil may movie sina Lloydie at Angelica na nag-shoot sa Vietnam.. At wala na sa Dos si Derek.”

Expect an exchange of court cases to be filed by couple Claudine Barretto, Raymart Santiago vs Mon & Erwin Tulfo and Albie Casino vs Andi Eigenmann and friends.. The first involved the fistfight at the airport of Raymart, Mon over the latter taking shots of Claudine’s pagwawala at the airport. Got info that the National Press Club of the Philippines plans to boycott the couple.
Albie was mauled by Andi’s friends in a bar which reportedly was triggered by Andi. She alleged that Albie badmouthed her which irked her group.
