ANS: Kung walang legal adoption ang naisagawa ng sinasabing mong tita na inalagaan mo na nagpalaki sa iyo, at wala siyang asawa at anak, ay hindi ka entitled o maituturing na tagapagmana ng namatay.
Ang kanyang estate o mga ari-arian, ay mapupunta sa pinakamalapit na surviving heirs niya. Kung related kayo ng tita mo by blood in the sense na kapatid niya ang magulang mo, at wala ng ibang malapit na kamag anak ng tita mo na surviving pa, ay maituturing kang surviving heir niya at entitled to succeed her estate, bilang kanyang pamangkin.
However, kung wala kayong blood relation ng nag ampon sa iyo pero walang legal adoption ay hindi ka maiituring tagapag mana niya kayit mula’t sapol kayo ang nag alaga sa kanya. However, Ibang usapan kung bago namatay ang tita mo gumawa siya ng WILL kung saan ikaw ay itinatalaga niya bilang beneficiary or voluntary heir na maaring humalili o makatanggap ng kanyang ari-arian kahit kayo ay walang blood relation o hindi pa legal adopted ng namatay na testator na kung saan ay ipinagkaloob sa iyo ang naiwan niyang estate o ari-arian
